JOB OVERVIEW

The National Senior Resource Counselor (NSRC) is responsible for increasing initial in-person presentations (IPP) and move-ins within their portfolio of communities from leads referred by referral agencies and assigned lead sources.

WORK SCHEDULE TUES-SAT 12:30-9PM PST

RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

Responsibilities:

As a part of the Sunrise team, supporting our Mission, Principles of Service and Core Values is a fundamental part of this job. Our foundational belief is the sacred value of human life. The unique responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to the essential functions listed below:

• Respond to leads from multiple channels (phone, email, and website)

• Enter leads into the Sunrise customer relationship management (CRM) application

• Review all Sunrise options with the referral agency representative

• Contact the lead immediately and set up the tours

• Position Sunrise Senior Living as a preferred provider

• Implement sales strategies

• Achieve department KPIs

• Maintain compliance in assigned required training as applicable to this role to ensure that Sunrise standards are always met

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed throughout this job description are representative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required

• Zero to two (0-2) years sales experience

• A demonstrated track record of closing sales

• Ability to handle multiple priorities

• Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication and the ability to facilitate group presentations

• Excel in organizational and time management skills

• Ability to, customarily and regularly, exercise discretion and independent judgment

• Ability to, handle situations with empathy

• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision-making skills

• Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) and Sunrise applications with the ability to learn new applications

• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours,

• Proven ability to work in a home-office environment

Selected candidates will be offered competitive compensation based on geographic location of community/office, skills, experience, qualifications, and certifications/licenses (where applicable).
